END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT - MOBILE APP LICENSE

THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT

This EULA governs Mobile App licenses purchased from Central Type. If the Licensed End User (hereafter referred to as "You") refuses to accept a contractual obligation through this license agreement, you are not permitted to access, use or download the Central Type Font Software. Please thoroughly and carefully read through this Agreement before purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Font Software. Any of these actions shall indicate your express agreement to the following terms and conditions.

The Central Type Font Software licensed under this Agreement and its inherent digital, device-readable, scalable data is supplied to you by Central Type for USAGE ONLY, and remains the intellectual property of Central Type and/or the Designer of the Font Software.

Central Type reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this license Agreement.

Central Type grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to a) integrate, combine, embed or incorporate ONE (1) Central Type font within ONE (1) Mobile Application title that you must enter at time of purchase, and b) install and use ONE (1) Central Type font for your use in connection with the creation and testing of your Mobile App scenario.
You must embed the font software in the application in a secure manner that permits only the viewing (and not the full or partial extraction, editing, altering, enhancing, or modifying) of the Central Type font(s) software.
You are not allowed to use the Central Type font for more than the one Mobile App title that you specify at time of purchase, without purchasing an additional Mobile App license from Central Type. For instance, you can embed ONE (1) Central Type font in ONE (1) Mobile Application for multiple mobile platforms from the approved list above. As long as the Mobile Application is IDENTICAL on the multiple mobile platforms, you only need one Mobile Application license to develop and release the Mobile Application.

All Mobile App use is subject to the following restrictions:

- in any Application that allows the generation of output such as PDFs, word processing documents, spreadsheets, labeled photos, static images, scalable images, advertisements or other documents or data files, or in any merchandising scenario (i.e. greeting cards, apparel design, et al);

- in any Application that is a server component in a client/server architecture;

- in an Application that will be distributed to more users than indicated when the font was purchased at Centraltype.com. If at a later date you require a license that covers a larger number of users, please get in touch to upgrade your license.

embedded in one, specified Application that runs on a handheld, mobile device running the iOS, Android, Windows Phone, PalmOS, WebOS or Symbian operating systems. Applications made for other platforms, including, but not limited to, Windows, Mac OS X, Kindle, Nook, electronic kiosks, gaming devices and machines like the PS4, XBOX, Wii, GameBoy, PSP, laptop computers, desktop computers, computer servers, smartphones, media players and/or smart televisions require a license upgrade.

embedded in one, specified Application where the Font Software does not represent the primary value or the primary functionality of the Application into which it will be embedded.

installed within any way accessible to the operating system(s) upon which the one, specified Application runs.

sold, re-sold, sub-licensed or otherwise made available, irrespective of the technology or methods used, to any third party or by any provision service irrespective of whether for payment, in trade or without charge.

or in any way amend, modify or otherwise change or alter the Font(s). You cannot adapt, embed, translate, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Font(s).

Central Type has the right to terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with any of the terms listed in this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy the original and any copies of the Central Type WebFont or Fonts and accompanying documentation. This license may be updated from time to time, with the latest version always being available on our website. If you cannot find the latest version on our website, please contact mark@centraltype.com for details.

This License Agreement is governed under the laws of the State of Illinois (USA).

Should any additional use that is restricted or not permitted under this license be desired, contact mark@centraltype.com and we will be happy to discuss a license upgrade.
